East London counts down to 2012 Olympics
London prepares in the next four years to be the host city for Olympic Games 2012.It is understood that previous host cities have seen house prices rise five times faster than the national average in the five years running up to the Games.
According to research by King Sturge, areas near Olympic Park in Stratford have already risen significantly since the announcement that Olympic Games would come to London, however they are still lower than many other parts of London.
Bow, one of the areas close to Stratford which is being rapidly developed for this purpose and so is the Caspian Wharf by Berkeley Homes (South East London) Ltd. are being developed to benefit from this interest in the area. Piers Clanford, Managing Director of Berkeley Homes (South East London) Ltd comments: "The 2012 Olympics is an enormous boost for East London. and is one of the best places to choose for property investment."

It offers 82 private studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments overlooking the canal.
